Welcome
Welcome to the Ed Tech Advisor! After many years working in the digital content, software, and publishing industries, I have decided to start a new chapter in my career and corresponding relationship to education in the United States. Within these posts, I intend to offer unbiased, unfiltered advice on all aspects of existing and emerging educational technology and its use and practice in the modern classroom. In addition, posts on this site will also cover the use of technology in professional development, government policy as it relates to ed tech, the various “goings on” of the ed tech vendors, and emerging technology and its potential use in education.
In short, this site aims to level the playing field so that educators can make more informed decisions about the use, purchase, and implementation of technology in education. I look forward to your comments!
